What we collect on this website

If you use the enquiry form, your name, email address, phone number and whatever you write in your message. Anything you tell us about your health is health information, so we take extra care with it.

Why

To get back to you about an appointment.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent to our practice email and stored by our website host (Netlify) until we've been in touch, then deleted. We don't share it with anyone else.

Online bookings

Handled by Cliniko, our practice management system. Their privacy statement applies to what you enter there.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation and Microsoft Clarity to see how the site is used. Form fields are masked.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you. Email info@wakatipuchiropractic.co.nz.

Complaints

If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, contact us first, and you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
